Delays & Exceptions
Kurti Lover is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, holidays, customs processes, or courier service disruptions. We will, however, always assist you with tracking updates or shipment concerns.
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
If an incorrect address is provided, or the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
