Returns & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the product is available, we will send a replacement. If not, a refund will be issued.
Note: Stitched catalog items cannot be refunded.
Products must be returned in original condition, unused and unwashed.
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue store credit that can be used anytime on our website.
Store credit has no expiry.
Non-Returnable Items
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
